Seth Rollins has vowed to be a fighting champion ever since he won the Intercontinental Championship, and he’s stayed true to his word. Rollins recently defended the belt against Mojo Rawley and Kevin Owens on Raw, and it looks like we could be seeing another title match on Raw next week.
The official preview for Monday Night Raw on WWE.com is teasing that another challenger could step up to challenge Rollins for the belt. The teaser reads as follows:
“Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins has already turned back Mojo Rawley and Kevin Owens in back-to-back Open Challenges, and he will likely continue this exciting tradition this week on Raw. Superstars are undoubtedly lining up for their chance to unseat “Monday Night Rollins.” Will The Kingslayer’s reign come to an end at the hands of a surprise challenger?”
As noted, Cody Rhodes will be challenging Nick Aldis for the NWA World Championship at All In on September 1st, but Nick Aldis recently took to Twitter to say that before he signs on the dotted line, he wants a match with The Young Bucks.
If back-room @billy & @CodyRhodes want me to sign on the line for #ALLIN #TenPoundsOfGold several things need to happen. They involve money & respect. But let's start with this: I want a match with The Young Bucks at #HonorUnited Edinburgh. @ringofhonor can pick my partner.

ROH has now confirmed that Aldis will be in action at the Honor United event in Edinburgh on May 24th, and he will be teaming up with a partner of Ring of Honor’s choosing to take on the Young Bucks.
