John Cena is a 16 time WWE World Champion, and for many years he was the face of WWE. But Cena has been spending less and less time focusing on wrestling as of late because his career in Hollywood is really starting to take off.
However, Cena has said time and time again that he has no intentions of retiring in the near future, and during a recent interview with Popcorn with Peter Travers he said that he doesn’t know when his in-ring career will come to an end.
“The fact that I’ve been able to do it at the pace that I have for 16 years, that’s not your regular statistic…That falls into like the Tom Brady category. I’m not supposed to be where I am anyway. So I don’t know when it’s all going to end.”
Cena recently got destroyed by The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34, and he’s currently being advertised for the Greatest Royal Rumble on April 27 where he will face Triple H.
Peyton Royce and Billie Kay were officially called up to the WWE main roster on SmackDown Live this week, and it appears that they are completely done with NXT.
Royce recently took to Twitter to share a picture of her old NXT locker, and she noted that she’s passing it on to Candice LeRae.
It was so special for me when @itsBayleyWWE left her @WWENXT locker to me. Now its special to me again to be able to pass our locker on to @CandiceLeRae who will put her boots on each morning in the same spot.I can’t wait to see all the big things Candice does with her career❤️ pic.twitter.com/iGBV5fbsTd
