Dolph Ziggler has always been a Superstar placed high enough on the roster but you know he can do so much better. In the end, Ziggler’s one of the best sports entertainers on SmackDown Live so when he preaches that fact at least he’s not lying. It’s just that he’s had a problem finding something that works mixed with an internal issue where WWE Creative can’t seem to give him anything extraordinary to do.
His recent heel turn resulted in taking away his energy charged music in place for a record needle scratch and now he’s displaying a more ruthless nature. Since WrestleMania is seen as the end of WWE’s year in many ways, Ziggler is poised to grab the brass ring so maybe he can finally get a singles match at WrestleMania next time around.
Ziggler recently hung out with WSVN-TV’s Chris Van Vliet to talk about many subjects including some insider info about his recent reported salary with WWE as part of his new deal.
“My father called me to congratulate me on my deal that I had re-signed and I said ‘What are you talking about?’ It’s fun to have Internet rumors out there, but even if and when I do re-sign I won’t be like ‘Hey everybody, here’s the details of this contract’. There’s a short amount of time left on this contract, we’re negotiating and we’ll see what happens.”
In the end, it looks like Dolph Ziggler’s reported contract is over-exaggerated and it doesn’t even exist. In fact, Ziggler’s contract might only have a short amount of time left on it so it’s likely the Show-Off will do everything he can to make an impression while he’s still in WWE. But honestly this is his dream and there’s probably no better place for a guy with charisma to spare like Dolph Ziggler than WWE.
