There have been a lot of injuries on the Road to WrestleMania this year, and WWE has confirmed that one of the top stars in NXT is currently dealing with an injury.
Cathy Kelley broke the news on Sunday that Bobby Fish recently sustained a knee injury, and she claimed that Fish suffered the injury during a NXT live event over the weekend.
According to the report, Fish tore an ACL, and she confirmed that Fish will not be able to compete at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans.
Originally Fish and Kyle O’Reilly were set to defend the NXT Tag Team Titles against the winner of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, but obviously WWE will have to make some changes.
Even though Cathy Kelley confirmed the injury on Sunday, Fish was actually injured during a live event a few weeks ago in Indianapolis.
