WrestleMania week is going to be interesting in New Orleans, as blood and piledrivers have been banned from all of the wrestling events in the state by the Louisiana Boxing and Wrestling Commission. But blood and piledrivers aren’t the only things that are banned.
If you’re going to WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans this year, then you might want to pay extra attention to the items that you bring. Quite a few things have been banned from WrestleMania this year including beach balls, balloons, fireworks and iPads.
WWE recently sent out an e-mail to fans who have purchased tickets to the Show of Shows and WrestleMania travel packages which details all of the items banned from this year’s event. According to WrestleZone, the e-mail lists the following items:
“All bags are prohibited other than clear vinyl bags no larger than 12″ wide x 12″ height x 6″ deep, Gallon Size Ziploc Bags (Limit 1 of either) and Small Clutch Purses. Non-clear Diaper bags are prohibited. Other prohibited items include animals (with exception of service dogs), backpacks/knapsacks, banners, beach balls, bottles, cans, containers of any kind, contraband, fireworks, glass, glitter, helium balloons, large/oversized bags, laser pointers, mace, noisemakers, outside food and drink, projectiles, stickers, sticks/bats/poles/clubs (including selfie sticks), tablets/iPads, unauthorized marketing/soliciting/vending, video/audio recording equipment (including GoPros), weapons, and any other items deemed inappropriate by management.”
So if you’re going to WrestleMania this year you might want to leave the fireworks and selfie sticks at home.
