We’re only a few weeks away from WrestleMania 34, which means we’re also only a few weeks away from the 2018 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony which is set to air live on the WWE Network on Friday, April 6.
The Hall of Fame induction ceremony is always special for wrestlers and wrestling fans alike, and this year’s class is loaded with big names.
Former WWE Universal Champion Bill Goldberg was the first name announced for the 2018 class, and it’s also been confirmed that The Dudley Boyz, Ivory and Jeff Jarrett will be inducted this year as well.
Now that four big names have been confirmed for the event, everyone’s wondering who will be stepping up to the podium to do the inductions.
There have been various rumors making the rounds, but at this time PWInsider is reporting that Paul Heyman is still the current favorite to induct Goldberg.
It would seem to make more sense for Paul Heyman to induct The Dudley Boyz, as they were one of the biggest success stories coming out of ECW, but as we’ve seen in the past, sometimes WWE does things that simply don’t make sense.
In any case, there are still a few weeks to go, so it’s safe to say that more announcements regarding HOF inductions are forthcoming. Stay tuned for updates.
