Emma really hasn’t been having the best of luck lately. She was sidelined for most of 2016, and then for months WWE teased her debut as Emmalina. When the time finally came for her to debut, she announced that she would immediately be transforming back into Emma. It was a weird time to be an Emma fan, and probably an even weirder time to be Emma.
After a while the Emmalina talk died down and she got back to normal, but the Raw star recently suffered another injury during WWE’s overseas tour.
The WWE star injured her shoulder during a match, and the injury forced her to leave the tour early. She recently noted on Twitter that she’s been rehabbing her injury, and it doesn’t look like she’ll be sitting on the sidelines for very long.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Emma is expected to return to the ring in mid-June, and that the injury isn’t as bad as WWE officials originally thought.
Speaking of WWE superstars who have been sitting on the sidelines due to injury, it’s also being reported that Paige and Alberto Del Rio are set to be married in late July. However, the date has changed a couple of times now so it’s always possible that it could change again.
