The WWE Draft is returning on July 19th and the rumors are flying. Everybody wants to know what’s going to happen and who will end up on Raw and SmackDown. But the stars on the main roster likely aren’t the only ones that will involved in the draft as it’s been rumored that several NXT stars will be getting called up.
PWInsider notes that there’s talk of Carmella, Bayley and Nia Jax all getting called up soon. Originally it was believed that 6 NXT stars would be getting called up, but the latest rumors suggest that it could be as many as 10 to 12.
As we noted recently, Finn Balor is another name that’s been rumored to be getting called up soon. It’s been reported by the WON that Balor’s debut is “imminent” and he taped his highly anticipated match against Shinsuke Nakamura at the NXT tapings last week.
Fans in attendance noted that after the match was over it appeared that Balor was saying goodbye to NXT. The match should air on July 13th.
