Teddy Long returned on Monday Night Raw and he was trying to convince Stephanie to hire him as the General Manager for SmackDown. Teddy wanted to show Stephanie that he has good ideas, so he suggested that she make a Fatal 4-Way match at Money in the Bank where The New Day would defend the titles against The Vaudevillains, Enzo & Big Cass and Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. Stephanie then kicked Teddy Long out and stole his idea and made the match official for Money in the Bank.
