Believe it or not WWE is Bella-less right now for the first time in a long time. Nikki Bella is currently out of action due to an injury and Brie Bella officially retired on Sunday night after the Team Total Divas vs Team B.A.D. 5 on 5 match that aired on the WrestleMania 32 kickoff show.
Although Sunday was Brie Bella’s last night with the WWE, the company didn’t acknowledge her departure as they are apparently saving it for a Total Divas storyline. But Brie acknowledged the retirement herself on social media.
A fan asked her what she thought of the new WWE Women’s Championship belt and Brie joked that she picked the wrong day to retire.
That I retired on the wrong day lol ..I couldn't be happier. Finally this day came #TotalDivas #WomensWrestling #WWE https://t.co/buZr4U0O2G

She also posted a picture of herself from WrestleMania 32 and she thanked WWE and Team Totla Divas for making her night so special. She added the following caption:
“These women made my last night feel sooo special. To the #BellaArmy to every women I got in the ring with, to @wwe for living the dream…to my husband @bryanldanielson who taught me everything.. I love you all and I’m forever grateful!!! #Wrestlemania #briemode 😭😘❤️💪🏼 #mamabellamode”
Brie Bella made her debut with the WWE in 2008 and both Bella Twins parted ways with the company in 2012. They later returned in 2013. Brie is a one time WWE Divas Champion and a two time Slammy Award winner.
