Muscle & Fitness recently posted an article that takes a look at Vince McMahon’s workout routine. It’s noted in the article that Vince McMahon trains 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day if he knows he’s going to miss a session due to the schedule he keeps. The article also notes that McMahon’s back is the strongest part of his body.
“He has unbelievable strength in his back.” his trainer Mike Monteforte told Muscle & Fitness.
