2026 has unfortunately been a landmark year for WWE departures as a number of familiar names have parted ways with the company such as The New Day, Sheamus, The Wyatt Sicks, Malakai Black and more. Now it seems that two more WWE stars are on their way out the door.

TRNBCKL is reporting that Julius and Brutus Creed, otherwise known as The Creed Brothers are approaching the end of their contracts with WWE. A source noted that the brothers are expected to part ways with the company once their contracts expire.

Julius and Brutus Creed’s contracts are set to expire in the near future according to a source who is familiar with the situation. It was also noted that while contract negotiations are always subject to change, the current expectation internally is that The Creed Brothers will be parting ways with the company and testing free agency.

Back in 2020, Julius Creed signed with WWE after he was scouted by Gerald Brisco at the 2018 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships. A few months later Brutus Creed signed with the company in February of 2021. The brothers went on to win the NXT Tag Team Championship and Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic before they were called up to the main roster in 2023.

Recently The Creed Brothers returned to NXT, but it seems that there are no solid plans for the former champions to continue making appearances for the brand.

Stay tuned for more updates on WWE departures as they become available.
