The AEW All Out pay-per-view aired live from the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois on Saturday night and the show featured a big tag team match as Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight teamed up to face Darby Allin & Steven Borden.
At one point during the match Kevin Knight and Steven Borden both went to the top rope and dared one another to jump. They both hit each other midair and it looked like Borden might have hit his head on the mat when he landed. Unfortunately Borden did not get back up and the referee decided to stop the match.

After the match was called the commentary team emphasized that the medical team was tending to Steven Borden and that updates would be provided. The fans could be heard clapping for Steven Borden as he left the ring, but the cameras did not show what was happening.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Borden left the arena on a stretcher.
