AEW Beach Break aired live from Clearwater, Florida on Wednesday night and the show kicked off with a big match. Tommaso Ciampa faced off against Chris Jericho and it was Ciampa who picked up the win.
The action continued with the second match of the night as Kyle Fletcher challenged Konosuke Takeshita for the AEW International Championship. Both men fought hard, but ultimately Fletcher picked up the win after he put Takeshita away with a turnbuckle brainbuster.

As Kyle Fletcher was celebrating with the Don Callis Family, The Conglomeration made their way out to check on Konosuke Takeshita. After the show came back from a commercial break Mick Foley made his way down to the ring and asked for a microphone.
Foley interviewed Fletcher and asked how it felt to beat his friend Konosuke Takeshita. Fletcher said that Takeshita was never his friend, but he did what he said he was gonna do, and brought the AEW International Championship back to the Don Callis Family.
Don cut Foley off as he told him that this is supposed to be about a celebration, not about him stealing the spotlight from young talent. Foley put Foley told Fletcher when he says he’s talented, he means it. Mick then pointed to his shoes and threatened to kick Don’s a**. Kyle Fletcher then got in Foley’s face as Don called Kevin Night to the ring.
Knight congratulated Fletcher, then said that he’s focused on the AEW World Championship, and Jet Two Belts is on the way. Andrade’s music hit as he made his way out to the stage with a mic. He recalled how Don promised him the AEW World Championship, so he promised to take a belt from the Don Callis Family. Callis offered up a shot at Mark Davis and the AEW National Championship next week.
