Reddit user MetsFan4Ever, who has broke several WWE stories in the past, noted on Monday that people within WWE are divided in regards to who should win the Royal Rumble.
He says that many people within WWE feel as if Roman Reigns is the next John Cena and should be the one to win the Royal Rumble because he’s the future of the company. Others within WWE apparently feel that Daniel Bryan should win and if he doesn’t the fans will react the same way they did last year when Bryan was snubbed.
He also mentions that officials within WWE doubt Bryan’s long term future with the company and that putting him in the main event of WrestleMania 31 is a huge risk due to his injuries. Apparently some officials also feel that Bryan truly is a “B + player” and shouldn’t be at the top of the card.
