Some interesting tag teams have been featured on WWE programming over the years, and there’s no denying that Enzo Amore & Big Cass were one of the most popular teams on the roster during their time with the company. Recently it was reported that WWE is looking to rebuild the tag team division, and it looks like Enzo & Cass could be part of that plan.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that WWE does have interest in reuniting Enzo Amore & Big Cass. It’s being said that the duo maintains a positive relationship with a number of producers in WWE, including a number that worked with Enzo & Cass years ago in NXT.
Currently Big Bill (Big Cass) is still under contract with All Elite Wrestling until the end of May at least. Enzo Amore was at the WWE Performance Center earlier this week.
Enzo & Big Cass originally teamed up in 2013 and they quickly became one of the most popular acts in NXT. They went on to join the WWE main roster in 2016, and stayed together until Cass turned on Enzo in 2017. In 2018 they were both released at different times after working as singles stars following the end of their tag team run.
