The WWE main roster is full of talented names, but currently there are a number of wrestlers who have been sitting on the sidelines for some time, one of which happens to be Chelsea Green.
Chelsea Green recently took to social media to note that during WrestleMania her resting heart rate jumped to 228 for almost 15 minutes. Earlier this week she underwent a 3 hour, minimally invasive surgery to correct SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia) which caused her to have an abnormal heart rhythm.
According to Chelsea Green she had been dealing with the condition for 10 years. The former Women’s United States Champion also noted that she’s hoping to be back to work very soon when she posted the following:
“After 10 years of dealing with it, we finally caught my SVT.
My latest episode during WrestleMania pushed my resting heart rate to 228 for almost 15 minutes. Yesterday, Dr. Girgis spent 3 hours working on me… and I had to be awake for the last hour of the procedure!! 😖
Thankfully it was minimally invasive and I’ll be back to work very soon.”

Chelsea Green has been out of action since the February 6 episode of Friday Night SmackDown when she faced off against Tiffany Stratton and Lash Legend in a triple threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match. It was confirmed following the show that Green had suffered an ankle injury which prevented her from wrestling.
Stay tuned for updates.
