WWE is constantly signing new talents and the company has brought in some established names over the last few years. Former champions such as Joe Hendry, Jade Cargill, Penta, Ricky Saints and more have all signed with the company, and now it seems that another name could potentially be WWE bound.
PWInsider is reporting that current TNA Wrestling World Champion Mike Santana’s contract is set to expire this summer, and there’s said to be significant interest in Santana from WWE.
Mike Santana recently appeared on the 3/13 episode of NXT when he teamed with Bronco Nima & Lucien Price to defeat the team of Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin & Saquon Shugars at the Infosys Theater At Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Santana returned to Total Nonstop Action after parting ways with All Elite Wrestling in 2024. Since then he’s gone on to become one of the top stars in the company and a two time TNA Wrestling World Champion. Santana’s currently reign kicked off last year when he defeated Kazarian to win the belt on the November 13 episode of Impact.
