After months of speculation Chris Jericho finally made his return to All Elite Wrestling during the Dynamite tapings in Winnipeg on Wednesday night. It had been rumored for some time that Jericho could potentially return to WWE, but it seems that he will be with AEW for the foreseeable future.
PWInsider is reporting that the general belief is Chris Jericho came to terms with AEW on a new deal. According to the report Jericho was not present at the AEW Dynamite taping until right before the show went on the air.
The former AEW World Champion was reportedly driven right into the building about two minutes before the show went live and went right to the gorilla position for his entrance.
It’s also being reported that Chris Jericho filmed additional content for the company after he returned from his segment in the ring, and he did a photo shoot. Jericho also made the rounds backstage and introduced himself to talent he didn’t know.
