The mystery man angle has been going on for months now as a hooded man appeared at Survivor Series back in November when he interfered in the main event. Austin Theory was later revealed to be the mystery man and it seemed that the angle was over, but that wasn’t the case.
Last month at the Royal Rumble the mystery man returned when he attacked Bron Breakker before he could enter the Royal Rumble match. The mystery man appeared once again on Raw this week when he attacked Austin Theory.
Everyone is trying to figure out who the mystery man might be and Raw General Manager Adam Pearce recently responded to claims that he’s the one under the mask when he posted the following:
“Hi. I’m Adam… and despite me generally managing to do multiple jobs at the same time, I have NOT yet mastered the art of being in two places at the same time.
Which means I can’t argue with Heyman in the aisle while wearing glasses AND stomp someone else in the ring while wearing a mask at the same time. Not possible. Yet.
