You never know who might show up when you watch WWE programming as several big names returned to the company last year. Recently Bad Bunny has been a very hot topic as he’s set to perform at the Super Bowl, and it looks like he could be returning to the world of professional wrestling as well.
Bryan Alvarez shared an update on Bad Bunny’s status on Wrestling Observer Live, and he indicated that Bad Bunny will be returning soon when he said, “Bad Bunny is going to end up back in WWE very soon. Sooner rather than later, everybody, just so you all know.”
Bad Bunny made his in-ring debut for WWE when he teamed with Damian Priest to take on the team of The Miz & John Morrison at WrestleMania 37. He received rave reviews for his performance and later went on to enter the 2022 Royal Rumble match.
It’s been a while since Bad Bunny has stepped into the ring as his last match took place at WWE Backlash in 2023 when he defeated Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight.
There’s currently no word on what WWE has planned for Bad Bunny when he returns, but given that he’s been receiving a lot of attention lately it’s probably safe to say that his return to the company would get a lot of people talking.
