There’s been a lot of movement in the wrestling world recently and last week Ava announced that she had decided not to renew her WWE contract. She confirmed that her appearance on NXT last week was her last, and WWE recently moved her to the alumni section of their website indicating that she is done with the company.
Following her WWE departure Ava posted the following tweet:
“and now that i can say this with my full chest, (middle finger emoji) ice and that entire administration.”
Bodyslam is reporting that WWE offered Ava an increase in money to stay with the company, but she decided that it was time for her to leave. Some within WWE believe that she will go on to work with her parents in some capacity.
It was also recently reported that Ava decided to part ways with WWE because she just didn’t want to do it anymore, and that she was the one who made the decision to leave.
Ava had been consistently featured in NXT for years and she officially took on the role of General Manager in 2024. As of this writing WWE has yet to make any type of announcement regarding who will be replacing Ava as the General Manager, but the situation is likely to be addressed during this week’s episode of NXT.
