There are a number of notable names who have parted ways with WWE over the last few years and some of the departures have been surprising. Back in 2022, Braun Strowman returned to WWE, but the company decided not to renew his contract in 2025. Strowman is not currently active in the ring and it appears that he is dealing with some knee issues.
Braun Strowman recently took to Instagram to announce that he spent the night in the hospital due to a knee infection. He also indicated that he could use some well wishes when he posted the following:
“Well spent the night in the hospital with an infection that came out of nowhere in my right knee. So I could use some prayers and well wishes. #ThisSucks #WhyMe #lol #painful #IGotThis #ThankYou #FeetAintFree”
Even though Braun Strowman is no longer part of the WWE roster he has still been making appearances on television thanks to his show Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman which premiered last year. The show typically airs after SmackDown on USA Network and it was recently confirmed that the series will be returning for season 2.
