WWE has been holding more and more international events over the last few years and in 2027, WrestleMania will emanate from Saudi Arabia for the first time ever. While speaking with Raffi Talks about his potential involvement with WrestleMania 43, The Rock noted that conversations he’s been having regarding the event are “all good.”

“I’m excited for the brand of WrestleMania, I’m excited for the Kingdom because that is a big show. I’m also excited not only for the brand, but I’m excited for our athletes to be able to participate in an event like that, and that is a global event. And so I can’t wait. In terms of the conversations I’ve been having, it’s all good. It will always be good.”

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that when WrestleMania 43 was first announced they heard from sources in the country that they wanted The Rock for the show, and that he would be getting the largest offer ever made for someone to do a pro wrestling show.

The Rock last stepped into the ring when he teamed with Roman Reigns to defeat the team of Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in the night one main event at WrestleMania 40. He has not appeared on WWE programming since he participated in John Cena’s heel turn at Elimination Chamber in March of 2025.
