It’s been a big year for the WWE and Nikki Bella returned to the company back in January when she entered the women’s Royal Rumble match. Since then Nikki Bella has been making appearances on WWE programming and she’s been featured as one of the top stars in the women’s division.
Since returning to the ring Nikki has faced off against names such as Chelsea Green, Asuka and Becky Lynch. More recently Nikki has been feuding with Stephanie Vaquer as she turned on the WWE Women’s World Champion last month during the November 10th episode of Raw. Nikki went on to challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the WWE Women’s World Championship at Survivor Series, but it was Vaquer who walked out with the gold.
While Nikki Bella has wrestled a handful of matches in 2025 it sounds like she could be taking on a different role with the company at some point as the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that there’s been talk of transitioning Nikki Bella into a heel manager role down the line.
There’s currently no word on when the transition could happen, or what’s next for Nikki Bella following her loss to Stephanie Vaquer at Survivor Series. One way or another Nikki confirmed a few weeks ago that this will be her final run with WWE while talking about the possibility of Brie returning to wrestling.
“It’s hard. I mean, it’s always amazing and I’ve had my solo runs so, I think, especially when you’re an identical twin, you’re used to doing so many things together. It’s empowering when you have to do things on your own. But, I know that however long this run is — a year, two years — it will be my last and final, and you know, in our industry you never wanna say never but, I’m just being realistic. But, I started with her and I wanna end with her. I know everyone wants it and I think it would be really cool for the fans and as well for this new era, and especially when you turn me heel. I mean, I’m only super bad when I got sidekicks. It’s hard, and I hope I at least get to end it with her. I mean, two bad b*tches are way better than one.”
