Over the last few years a number of wrestlers in WWE have taken their career to the next level and Liv Morgan has become one of the stars to watch. Morgan became one of the key figures in the WWE women’s division, but she has unfortunately been sidelined for months after she suffered a dislocated shoulder during a match with Kairi Sane on Raw back in June.
PWInsider is reporting that the expectation within WWE is that Liv Morgan could return to the ring in early 2026. There’s a possibility that she could return sooner depending on how Morgan progresses with her physical rehab. It’s being said that many in the company are excited for her to come back, and there’s speculation that she may return at the Royal Rumble premium live event in January.
At the time that Liv Morgan dislocated her shoulder she was one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Raquel Rodriguez. Ultimately WWE allowed the reign to continue with Roxanne Perez taking over for Liv Morgan.
Liv was also involved in multiple storylines as she had kicked off an angle with Nikki Bella and was seemingly building toward a match against Iyo Sky for the WWE Women’s World Championship. One way or another it will be interesting to see if any of these plot threads are picked up, and how Liv Morgan is booked when she returns.
