This week’s episode of SmackDown emanated from Perth, Australia on Friday and the show featured a big main event. Aleister Black faced off against Damian Priest in a Last Man Standing match and it was Black who picked up the victory thanks to an assist from his wife Zelina Vega.
Near the end of the match Damian Priest and Aleister Black brawled into the crowd and they ended up on a structure in the arena. Damian was getting ready to chokeslam Aleister Black off the structure onto the floor as Zelina Vega came out through the crowd. Vega got in between Black and Priest and she begged Damian Priest to stop.
As Priest was distracted by Vega, Aleister Black threw a fireball in his face then connected with Black Mass. Damian Priest fell to the floor and the referee counted to ten to solidify the victory for Aleister Black. After the match Black stood tall with Zelina Vega by his side.
It appears that Aleister Black and Zelina Vega are the latest real life couple to form an alliance on WWE programming, so it will be interesting to see how things play out in the weeks to come.
