WWE has released a number of wrestlers over the last few years and back in May it was confirmed that Braun Strowman had been cut. The former Universal Champion hasn’t said much about his departure over the last few months, but he recently had an interesting exchange with a fan on social media.
A fan on Twitter recently questioned why WWE would show clips of Braun Strowman in highlight videos if he’s no longer with the company. The fan continued to question why the company would cut someone even though they still use his likeness and image.
Strowman then made it clear what he thinks about his release when he responded with a post that said, “Casue someone made a stupid business decision!!!!”

Braun Strowman originally signed with WWE back in 2013, and he was immediately established as a force to be reckoned with when he debuted on the main roster in 2015.
In the years that followed The Monster Among Men managed to win the Universal Championship, Intercontinental Championship and Raw Tag Team Championship. He is also a former Money in the Bank winner and winner of the Greatest Royal Rumble. Strowman was originally released from WWE in June of 2021, but later returned to the company in September of 2022.
