We’re currently on the road to SummerSlam and business has picked up in a major way over the last few weeks. The Tribal Chief returned to Raw earlier this month and he immediately set his sights on Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
Following the events that played out on last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Roman Reigns proposed a tag team match that would see him team up with Jey Uso to face Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at SummerSlam. The match has not been officially confirmed for the show just yet, but all signs point to the bout being confirmed sooner than later.
On a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed WWE’s original plan for Jey Uso at SummerSlam it was noted that Jey was supposed to face off against Bronson Reed in a singles match. However, WWE has confirmed that the Jey Uso vs. Bronson Reed singles match will take place on Raw this week.
Roman Reigns has also been confirmed for Raw this week, so it will be interesting to see if The Tribal Chief ends up getting involved in Jey Uso’s match with Bronson Reed.
