This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw gave fans plenty to talk about as it was confirmed that CM Punk will face Seth Rollins during the Raw premiere on Netflix, and Bron Breakker successfully defended his Intercontinental Championship against Ludwig Kaiser.
Raw also featured a big main event as Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defended the WWE World Tag Team Titles against The War Raiders. Both teams fought hard, but in the end it was The War Raiders who walked out with the gold.
Near the end of the match JD McDonagh threw Ivar out of the ring then grabbed a chair. The referee got distracted by McDonagh as he tried to get back in the ring, so Finn exited the ring and tried to grab a chair while the ref wasn’t looking. Damian Priest stopped him, then Finn Balor returned to the ring and The War Raiders hit him with War Machine to win the titles.
The War Raiders then celebrated with the WWE World Tag Team Titles belts while pyro went off as Monday Night Raw went off the air.
