For decades Vince McMahon was the person at the forefront of WWE, but he is no longer involved with the company. Following his retirement from WWE there’s been a lot of speculation regarding what Vince McMahon’s next move be and now it seems that he’s getting ready to launch a new project.
PWInsider is reporting that Vince McMahon is working on setting up a post-WWE company. Multiple sources have confirmed that Vince McMahon is in the process of setting up what’s being described as an “entertainment hub company.” The purpose of the company would be to financially back, develop, and produce productions for film and television.
Several WWE alumni are reportedly already working with Vince to get the company prepped. The idea is that it will officially be revealed when, or if his legal issues are resolved.
Former WWE Chief Operating Officer Brad Blum is one name who is confirmed to be working on the project. Kristen Prouty who was known as WWE’s liaison to Hollywood before she was let go earlier this year is also involved.
If the company officially launches it is expected to be based out of the Los Angeles area. It was also noted that at this point in time the word is that Kevin Dunn is not involved with Vince McMahon’s new company at all.
Stay tuned for updates.
