Last week on SmackDown, Kevin Owens hijacked the show and tried to address his reasons for attacking Cody Rhodes after the Bad Blood premium live event, but his mic was cut off.

Randy Orton made his way down to the ring and tried to hold Kevin Owens back, but one thing led to another and KO accidentally elbowed Orton which led to The Viper retaliating. Kevin Owens later took things to the next level when he attacked Randy Orton backstage.

This week a video of Kevin Owens aired on SmackDown and he said that he’s had a lot of ups and downs throughout his ten years with the company, but he doesn’t think things have ever felt as bad as they do right now. KO said it’s unfair and ridiculous for WWE officials to tell him to stay home because of what he did to Cody Rhodes. He questioned how appreciated and valued he is by WWE. Owens said that he can get over that, but he can’t get over what Randy Orton did to him.

Kevin added that everyone just assumes he will always turn on his friends, but he never would have turned on Randy Orton, and he can’t believe Orton picked Cody Rhodes over him. Owens said that due to the disrespect from WWE, and Orton breaking his trust, he doesn’t know if, or when he can come back.

Randy Orton immediately went to Nick Aldis after the video aired on SmackDown and told him that he wants a match with Kevin Owens at Crown Jewel. Aldis told Randy that he figured this was going to happen, but he can’t book the match. Orton started to get heated. Nick Aldis said he can’t do anything because the orders are coming from up above. Randy Orton calmed down then said that he knows who he has to talk to.
