This week SmackDown kicked off in a big way as The Bloodline made their way down to the ring at the beginning of the show. Solo Sikoa started cutting a promo, but he was interrupted by Jey Uso who made his way down to the ring through the crowd.

Jey Uso confronted Solo Sikoa and told him he wasn’t there to fight before questioning why he recruited Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu. Uso told Solo Sikoa that he shouldn’t divide the family. Before leaving Jey told Solo that next time they meet it’s going to be different.

Later on Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa were shown entering the arena backstage. Jey Uso appeared and stood face to face with them before walking away. Roman grabbed Jey’s arm and pulled him back. He looked the Intercontinental Champion in the eyes and told Jey that he’s proud of him, that they’re all proud of him. Jey said “no yeet” then walked away.

Reigns and Jimmy were shown in their backstage suite and Jimmy told Roman that he needs to try to work things out with Jey. The former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion told Jimmy that he will fix things tonight when he acknowledges Solo Sikoa.

The OTC entered the ring during the main event segment on SmackDown and he asked the fans to acknowledge him for what may be the last time. The fans cheered then Solo Sikoa’s music hit. Solo walked out alone wearing the Ula Fala. As Roman and Solo stood face to face the fans chanted “OTC.”

Roman brought up how Solo told Jey that the family, and The Bloodline are stronger now. He told Solo that he doesn’t see anything that tells him they’re better off, if anything they’re more divided and broken. Roman said he told his father he could fix this, and all he wants to do is put them back in the promised land. He asked what he has to do to fix this. Solo said all Roman has to do is acknowledge him.

The former Undisputed WWE Champion paused then said “I acknowledge you.” He asked Solo if it makes him feel better, but Solo said it’s not good enough, he needs Roman to acknowledge him as the Tribal Chief, or else. Roman screamed “or else what?!”

Solo laughed and said he knew Roman would never change, so he’ll never change either. Sikoa snapped his fingers and The Bloodline carried out Jimmy Uso who they had apparently beaten up already.

Roman fought off The Bloodline alone and picked up the Ula Fala. He stared at it, but as soon as he put it on Solo hit him with a low blow then took it back. The Bloodline then destroyed Roman Reigns then picked him up as Solo hit him with the Samoan Spike twice.
