It’s always unfortunate when a wrestler suffers an injury, and that’s exactly what happened to Charlotte Flair in December of 2023. The former champion tore her ACL, MCL and meniscus which has resulted in her being sidelined ever since.
Fightful Select is reporting that Charlotte Flair has not been cleared to return to the ring. People in WWE believe that it will be some time before Flair is able to return to the ring due to the severity of her injuries.
At the start of the year WWE sources noted that they didn’t expect Charlotte Flair to wrestle in 2024. However, it was noted that if anyone is capable of beating that timetable it would be Charlotte Flair. It’s being said that Flair was ahead of schedule by February, but not in a position to put a timeline on her return.
Reports of creative plans involving Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton have emerged, but a WWE source said that it’s unlikely creative will be put in place until Charlotte is cleared.
