It’s been a big year for WWE contracts as a number of deals have expired. MVP and Bobby Lashley recently parted ways with WWE, but it looks like another former Hurt Business member has decided to stay with the company.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select is reporting that Cedric Alexander re-signed with WWE earlier this year. The length of the deal was not revealed, but according to the report Cedric Alexader will be sticking with WWE for a number of years.

Cedric Alexander first started working with WWE in 2016 when he entered the Cruiserweight Classic tournament. He went on to sign a deal with WWE and has since gone on to win the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, Raw Tag Team Championship and WWE 24/7 Championship.

WWE had aired vignettes to promote a Cedric Alexander & Anshante Thee Adonis tag team on SmackDown, but they both ended up moving back to NXT. Alexander last wrestled for WWE back in July.
