For years Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio were one of the most talked about duos on WWE programming, but their partnership has come to an end. Earlier this month at SummerSlam, Dominik Mysterio showed his true colors when he turned on Rhea Ripley to help Liv Morgan retain the WWE Women’s World Championship.
During a recent Instagram Live, Rhea Ripley was asked if she hates Dominik Mysterio, and she had a lot to say as she reflected on her alliance with Dom.
“That’s a tough question. I don’t think that I could ever properly hate him just because legit, going to work the past couple of years has been so easy and so pleasurable, it’s been amazing.”
I’m still proud of him, which sucks. I don’t think I’m ever not going to be proud of him unless he keeps going on this decline that he’s on. Like I said, the past couple of years, we’ve experienced too much together. We’ve been able to do way more than just go to war. We’ve gone to Australia together, we’ve done all of these things, we’ve done ghost tours together. We’ve traveled together. I don’t think I can actually hate him. He’s just really broken my heart.”
It was confirmed this week that Damian Priest will team up with Rhea Ripley to face Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan in a tag team match at Bash In Berlin later this month.
Stay tuned for updates.
