WWE contracts are a very hot topic in the wrestling world right now as several deals are set to expire soon. Recently it was reported that Chad Gable’s contract expired on June 7th and there’s been a lot of speculation regarding his future.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the belief is Chad Gable will be staying with WWE. People in AEW were pushing for the company to bring him in. It’s being said that FTR have always pushed for Gable in AEW, but WWE offered him a great deal to stay.
Chad Gable has been receiving a big push over the last few months and is heavily featured on WWE programming as the leader of Alpha Academy. His storyline with Sami Zayn has been one of the top storylines on Raw and he is set to challenge Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship at Clash at the Castle on Saturday.
