We’re currently on the road to WrestleMania, but Brock Lesnar is not part of the build up this year as he was removed from creative plans due to the Vince McMahon lawsuit. Now it appears that some changes have been made to Brock Lesnar’s status in the upcoming WWE 2K24 video game.
Insider Gaming is reporting that multiple sources confirmed Brock Lesnar will appear in WWE 2K24, but he will not be playable. According to the report it was too late to fully remove Lesnar from the game.
It was noted that Brock Lesnar’s character and files are still in the game which means there are ways for people with the ability to make him playable, but it will take work to make it happen.
Fightful Select is also reporting that there are some characters who are included in the MyRise and Showcase modes who won’t be playable, but are in the game due to historical significance WWE has reportedly made requests to not feature Brock Lesnar as a playable character in the game.
WWE 2K24 will be released on March 8, 2024. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
