It’s already been a big week for professional wrestling and the action continued with NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 at the Tokyo Dome on Thursday, January 4. During the show fans saw a familiar face as Nic Nemeth made his way down to ringside to watch the show from the audience alongside his brother Ryan Nemeth.

Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth showed up just before the Bishamon (YOSHI-HASHI & Hirooki Goto) vs. El Phantasmo & Hikuleo Winners Takes All match for the IWGP Tag Team Championship and Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship.

During the show David Finlay faced off against Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay in a triple threat match for the IWGP Global Championship. In the end it was David Finlay who picked up the win and walked out with the gold.

After the match David Finlay approach the security barrier and started getting in Nic Nemeth’s face. Nemeth stepped up to Finlay and the two started to brawl as they were pulled apart. Based on how it all played out it looks like we’ll be getting a Nic Nemeth vs. David Finlay match at some point.
