WWE has been bringing a lot of former stars back to the company since Triple H took over creative last year and it’s been rumored that there are several free agents on WWE’s radar at the moment. Now it seems that another name has been added to the roster.
Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net is reporting that Colby Corino has officially signed a deal with WWE last week. The current plan is for Colby Corino to report to NXT soon and he could be starting as soon as early March.
It was reported in December that Colby Corino would become a free agent on January 1st after finished up with NWA. It was also reported that Colby was expected to get a WWE tryout sometime in January. Colby Corino did indeed get a tryout in January and he was brought in alone instead of being part of a class of new recruits.
