WWE has released a number of Superstars over the last few years, but with a new regime in charge fans have wondered who could return to the company in the future. Fightful Select is now reporting that former NXT Champion Karrion Kross had been discussed as a name of interest for a possible WWE return.
Several people with the wrestling industry reportedly expect him to return with one source indicating that they believe a return for Kross is already in WWE’s plans. However, that hasn’t been confirmed, but it’s been confirmed that his name was at least discussed.
When Karrion Kross first signed with WWE he quickly became one of the top stars in NXT along with Scarlett Bordeaux by his side. Kross was called up to the WWE main roster last year, with Scarlett, and WWE gave him a new gimmick that was not well received by the fans.
