Fans have seen a few stars part ways with All Elite Wrestling in recent months, and now it seems that Joey Janela is on his way out the door. Janela was part of the original AEW roster, but his contract expires this weekend, and he reflected on his run with AEW when he posted the following:
“Sunday my AEW contract expires, & I have the same car I had in 2019 before it started. Got me thinking what the f–k did I spend my money on?
I spent it on f—-ng lobster, lots and lots of f—-ng lobster aka Did my first contract absolutely 100% correctly!!”

Joey Janela confirmed a few weeks ago that his contract with AEW would be expiring in May, and he also noted that he was happy with what he accomplished during his time with the company.
