Jim Ross has been in the professional wrestling business for decades, and his work as a commentator and his work in talent relations has had a major impact on the industry. Ross has called some of the biggest matches of all time, and recently WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray caught JR’s attention when he posted a card from a WWE event that took place from Madison Square Garden on September 23, 2000.
The card for the MSG event was loaded with big names such as The Rock, Triple H, The Undertaker, Kane, Chris Jericho, Eddie Guerrero and more.
Jim Ross responded to the tweet and commented on the card while praising the card for AEW Dynamite Grand Slam which took place from Arthur Ashe Stadium earlier this week.
Ross continued to hype up the importance of AEW Grand Slam when he called it, “the most exciting night of my pro wrestling career which started in 1974.”
Who booked this card for goodness sakes? #AEWDynamiteGrandSlam?
Like @AEW #AEWGrandSlam, this MSG card was loaded.
But IMO, Wednesday night was the most exciting night of my pro wrestling career which started in 1974. #Blessed 🤠 https://t.co/9AyyPOQG4e
