WWE is constantly filing new trademarks for catchphrases, names and other wrestling related terms, and the company recently filed a trademark for the phrase “There’s Never A Bad Time To Have A Good Time.”
Heel By Nature reports that the trademark was filed with the USPTO on May 11th for use in entertainment services and merchandise. The trademark was later entered into the trademark database on May 14th.
The trademark was filed for the following:
International Class 025: Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps, wrist bands as clothing; bandanas;
Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention, and is entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services.
