Both WWE and AEW have had to make major changes to their plans due to the coronavirus, and WWE recently moved episode of Raw and SmackDown to the Performance Center in Orlando.
This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite was originally set to take place from Rochester, NY but it has since been moved to Daily’s Place in Jacksonville and AEW will be moving forward with a “restricted audience” policy.
A fan recently asked Cody Rhodes why AEW storylines would move forward without an audience, and Cody offered the following explanation:
“A lot of folks are sitting at home. Some scared…all bored. Just like real community leaders have come forward, entertainment leaders have to follow suit(safely). People need to laugh, cry, forget, love, all the good stuff. My personal opinion, we shouldn’t hold back.”
