Goldberg appeared on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown via satellite, and he got right down to business.
Michael Cole asked him “who’s next?” and Goldberg said that he watched the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and it inspired him.
The WWE Hall of Famer said that he knows his old buddy WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is busy with Ricochet, so he wants to challenge for the Universal Championship at Super ShowDown.
Goldberg was then interrupted by a Firefly Fun House broadcast, and Bray Wyatt confirmed that he’s up for the challenge.
Bill Goldberg then got intense and said the only thing he’s taking from Bray Wyatt is the Universal Championship, and he told The Fiend “you’re next.”
