CM Punk got the world talking last week when he appeared on WWE Backstage, and he immediately caught the attention of former WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins.
Seth called CM Punk out with a simple tweet saying “fight me” and he later doubled down on his challenge.
This week on WWE Backstage, Renee Young asked CM Punk if he had any advice for Rollins and he told him to stop tweeting.
“Seth needs to stop tweeting, and realize that sometimes it’s better to be viewed as the fool, and shut your mouth, or you open your mouth and remove all doubt,” Punk said.
CM Punk then followed up by saying he thinks Seth should delete Twitter from his phone.
Seth Rollins apparently wasn’t impressed with CM Punk’s response, as he called Punk a “coward” when he replied with the following:
