A debut can either make or break a wrestler, and WWE fans have seen some very impressive debuts over the years. However, some debuts happen off camera, and they don’t go down in history because they’re only witnessed by the fans who happened to in the right place at the right time.

For example, AJ Styles officially joined WWE at the Royal Rumble in 2016, but he had wrestled in a WWE ring prior to the Royal Rumble after WWE purchased WCW. WWE recently put together a video looking at 5 debuts that didn’t air on TV including the debuts of AJ Styles, Razor Ramon, Kurt Angle and more.
The video shows some early footage of a few wrestlers who eventually went on to become huge stars, and you can check it out below.
The stars of Global Force Wrestling recently taped enough footage to hold the company over until Bound For Glory in November, but the location for this year’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view has yet to be announced.
