5 Dream Tag Teams That Would Be Unstoppable

Tag team wrestling seems to be a dying art-form in today’s wrestling landscape but throughout wrestling history there have been many tag teams that helped catapult the division to new heights.

Tag teams come and go and some superstars go on to greatness while others just fall off the map completely.

A great tag team can be very entertaining and with that being said we are going to take a look at 5 fantasy tag teams that would dominate the wrestling landscape.

5. Daniel Bryan and CM Punk

Daniel Bryan and CM Punk are both on fire right now. Without a doubt they are the top two guys in this industry and they have worked their way to the top of the company. These two guys are a rare breed because they can have a great match with anyone so when you put them together it’s always pure gold. Seeing these two team up at some point seems like a no brainer. With their two styles combined and the energy that they both bring to each and every match they could be a tag team that goes down in history as one of the greatest tag teams ever.

4. Triple H and The Rock

It’s no secret that these two don’t really get along on a personal level but there’s truly no denying that they create magic in the ring together. The thing is that The Rock and Triple H were always fighting each other and we never really got to see what they could do as a team. Both of these superstars are very dominant and they were two of the top stars from their era. Despite their personal differences The Rock and Triple H always had amazing chemistry and it would have been cool to see these two enemies team up for a short run. I suppose it’s still possible but not very likely.

3. Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar put on some of the best wrestling matches in history and they did it against each other. Could you imagine how epic it would be if they teamed up and won the WWE Tag Team Championship? Who on earth could beat these two unstoppable beasts if they joined forces? Brock Lesnar is still in great shape and so is Kurt Angle. One is in WWE and one is in TNA but it’s not entirely impossible for Kurt to end up back in WWE someday. What are the chances of this team up actually happening. Possible but it all depends on whether or not Kurt Angle is interested in a WWE return.

2. John Cena and Randy Orton

Two of the WWE’s most unstoppable forces John Cena and Randy Orton. Both of these guys are guilty of having multiple title reigns, being booked in several main events and always knowing when to kick out at 2! These two have teamed up before but could you imagine if they went for a lengthy reign and just destroyed the WWE tag team division? Talk about unstoppable this team is indestructible.

1. The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels

The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels are two guys that I personally think only got better with age. They were always great during the younger years of their career but it’s the later years where we really got those epic performances. Both The Undertaker and HBK have a presence that demands your attention and they could definitely make a great team. Could you imagine The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels VS some of the most legendary teams in history such as The Hardy Boys, Edge and Christian, Beer Money, The Shield? It would be a great time watching these two icons work together to destroy whatever tag team stands in their way. Odds of this one happening are slim to none.
