The first WrestleMania featured the infamous tag team main event of Hulk Hogan and Mr. T vs Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff but it didn’t feature a WWE Championship match. To this day it is the only WrestleMania that didn’t feature a match where the prestigious title was on the line.

At one point money in the bank was a staple of WrestleMania, but it took quite a while for someone to cash in the briefcase at the biggest show of the year. Seth Rollins was the first man to cash in money in the bank at WrestleMania and walk out as WWE Champion.

The Undertaker has appeared at many WrestleManias and he’s also had the most consecutive appearances at the event when it comes to wrestlers. He’s wrestled at back to back WrestleManias every year since WrestleMania 17 which means he’s wrestled at 15 straight WrestleManias in a row.
